Frequently asked questions

Everything you might want to know about ordering, shipping and living with handmade pieces. Can't find your answer? Write to us.

Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take?

In-stock pieces ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days domestically and 7–14 business days internationally, depending on destination. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We pack every piece carefully for long journeys — double-boxed with recycled padding. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually change or cancel it — contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best.

Returns & payments

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards at checkout. All payments are processed securely; we never store your card details.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — a confirmation appears immediately after checkout with your order number, and you can review your order history anytime in your account.

Our pieces & care

Are your products really handmade?

Yes. Every piece is made or finished by hand in small batches — thrown ceramics, hand-carved wood, hand-poured candles, stonewashed linen. Small variations in glaze, grain and tone are natural and part of what makes each piece yours alone.

How do I care for ceramics and glassware?

Most of our glazed ceramics are dishwasher-safe on a gentle cycle, though hand-washing preserves the glaze longest. Hand-blown glassware should be hand-washed in warm water. Avoid sudden temperature shocks.

How do I care for wooden boards and utensils?

Hand-wash with mild soap, dry immediately, and oil monthly with food-grade mineral or walnut oil. Never soak wood or put it in the dishwasher — it will crack.

How do I care for linen?

Machine-wash cool on a gentle cycle and line-dry or tumble-dry low. Linen softens beautifully with every wash — no fabric softener needed.
