Sanare Wellness is a small studio making handmade home and kitchen objects in limited batches. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to our website and to every order placed through it.

Because every piece is made by hand in small batches, natural variation in colour, texture, grain and finish is to be expected and is not a defect — it is part of the character of a handmade object.

All products are subject to availability. We may add, remove or change items in the collection at any time, and we cannot guarantee that a piece shown will remain in stock.

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order and accept payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred — in which case we will refund any amount already paid.

You are responsible for making sure the details you provide at checkout, including your shipping address, are accurate and complete.

All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

All content on this website — including text, photography, product designs, logos and layout — belongs to Sanare Wellness or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

We take great care with everything we make and sell, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanare Wellness is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
