Most in-stock items are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Larger or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer; if so, we’ll note the expected time on the product page or let you know by email.

Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and can vary during busy periods.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

Fragile ceramics and glass are wrapped and cushioned by hand to travel safely. We use recyclable and plastic-free packaging wherever we can.

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, please email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll chase it up with the courier right away.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery for an incorrect address may incur an additional charge.
